About Me

Eleven years ago, I embarked on a journey that began with training as a primary school teacher. However, my passion led me further—to the intersection of education and mental health. I pursued additional training at UCL and the Anna Freud Centre, ultimately qualifying as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT). My personal experience with CBT’s transformative impact on everyday life fuelled my commitment to this field.


Since then, I’ve continued my professional growth through various therapeutic modalities. I’ve delved into acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioural therapy, mentalisation-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. These diverse approaches enrich my day-to-day work, allowing me
